A woman’s ability to multitask and embrace every demand made on her is truly admirable! Yet, this exemplary quality comes with a draw back.  She rarely has the time for herself and puts herself last!

The objective behind Rakshana Krama Yoga (RKY) is to maintain health and protect her from the side-effects of stress. Energizing practices to boost her stamina and relaxation practices as effective stress-busters are an important part of these fitness sessions.

The RKY courses are designed exclusively for women. Held at a convenient hour, the classes aim at bringing health and vitality back into their lives.

Rather than concentrating on short-sighted goals such as “spot-reduction”/”weight loss,  these classes bring in flexibility, which is a per-requisite to strength training. The good news is that weight loss happens by default!

Dietary recommendations, healthy lifestyle practices and effective exercise programmes are a part of the RKY course exclusively for women.
